The role
The company is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its Ads product, building models that make real-time decisions on the neighborhood network. The company uses a hybrid model near its offices and expects staff to use AI tools in daily work.
What you will do
- Collect datasets and build ML models for real-time platform decisions
- Build low-latency models from important features
- Deploy models to production and integrate them into the product
- Run live user-facing experiments and measure business metric impact
- Work with product, data science and other engineers
- Help set foundational ML patterns for future engineers
What they ask for
- BS in computer science, applied math, statistics or a related field
- 5+ years of industry or academic experience applying ML at scale
- Experience building ML models for advertising products
- Experience writing and maintaining production-quality code
- Able to analyze large amounts of data
- Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and using AI tools in daily work
