The role
The company is hiring a Senior Python Backend Engineer for its HQ Automation division and AI/LLM team, which builds automation to make customer service teams more efficient. The work centers on the in-house CRM/ERP platform and Camunda.
What you will do
- Develop the CRM/ERP backend in Python, mainly with Django
- Work with Camunda and support its infrastructure
- Integrate LLM models and maintain services around them
- Design service architecture, break down and estimate tasks, and do code review
- Advise System Analysis, QA and Technical Support teams
- Coordinate team resources on projects within the stream
What they ask for
- 5+ years of professional development, including a senior role
- 5+ years of Python with Django or FastAPI
- Strong PostgreSQL and ability to write raw SQL
- Experience designing APIs and integrations
- Experience with high-load systems and large databases
- GitFlow and CI/CD, including Docker and Kubernetes
- English at B1 or above, including spoken
- Nice to have: Camunda and pyzeebe, AI/LLM experience
