What you will do
- Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands
- Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers and technical support
- Run technical SEO audits covering site health, indexing, schema and performance
- Optimise WordPress pages, internal linking and high-intent service pages
- Oversee backlink strategy and implement structured data
- Report on rankings, traffic, conversions and lead quality tied to revenue
What they ask for
- 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment
- Proven record scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI
- Strong WordPress experience with page builders and plugins
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page work, keyword intent and link building
- Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members
- Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush
