The role
The company is hiring a Senior Technical SEO Analyst to improve the technical foundations of the company.com across consumer, product-led growth and enterprise audiences. It is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, SEO and GEO, open to remote candidates in the US.
What you will do
- Monitor and improve crawlability, indexation, rendering, site performance, structured data and international SEO
- Diagnose technical issues and prioritize fixes by impact, effort, risk and dependencies
- Implement changes in the CMS and write technical SEO requirements and release QA with Web Engineering
- Lead technical SEO work for migrations and major site changes, including redirects and post-launch fixes
- Maintain taxonomy, structured content and internal linking systems
- Build dashboards, alerts and repeatable processes from crawl, search, analytics, log and CMS data
What they ask for
- 4+ years of hands-on technical SEO on a complex SaaS, enterprise, international or multi-audience site
- Strong knowledge of crawling, indexing, JavaScript SEO, canonicals, structured data and Core Web Vitals
- Experience taking SEO work from diagnosis to implementation through CMS changes and engineering requirements
- Experience with an enterprise or headless CMS, and with domain or platform migrations
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, crawl tools, Google Search Console and web analytics
- Clear communication and cross-functional project leadership
