The role
Stripe is hiring a lead for its Global Scale Partner Marketing function, which runs communications, events, content and incentives for partners. The role leads a team of 6 plus 15-20 contracted marketing coordinators. Location limits are not stated.
What you will do
- Set the vision, strategy and operating model for the new scale partner marketing organization
- Lead partner communications with value propositions by partner type and an omnichannel editorial calendar
- Run partner strategy for Stripe-led events and a Partner Advisory Board
- Build a global online and regional event engine with a capacity model and calendar
- Develop partner co-marketing content, partner journeys and program requirements
- Design and manage a market development funds program and partner incentives
