The role
Supabase is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing for its Data Intelligence team to build marketing measurement across paid and product-led growth channels. Fully remote, hiring globally, async working.
What you will do
- Own the marketing measurement strategy across experimentation, media mix modeling and attribution
- Design and run always-on incrementality tests and calculate incremental lift and ROAS/CPA
- Build and maintain media mix models and turn them into budget scenarios and forecasts
- Partner with channel owners on an experimentation roadmap and reusable analysis playbooks
- Define metrics and documentation so marketing teams can do accurate self-serve analytics
- Find and fix data gaps in tracking, spend and platform exports at the root
What they ask for
- 6+ years in marketing analytics, data science or a related role, focused on performance marketing or PLG growth
- Understanding of attribution, incrementality testing and media mix modeling
- Advanced SQL and Python or R for experiment analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experiments across search, social, display, email and in-product
- Fluency in CAC, LTV, payback period and funnel metrics
- Daily use of LLMs and AI tooling
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
