The role
1Password is hiring a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to build AI agents, data products and analysis workflows for its go-to-market teams. You would work with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience and Channel, reporting to the Director, GTM Engineering. Remote within Canada and the US, with onboarding in Toronto.
What you will do
- Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to cut manual work
- Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, draft follow-ups, rank target accounts and flag deals needing attention
- Build data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining Salesforce, Gong and other GTM systems
- Create reports, alerts and weekly manager briefs for sales leadership
- Map GTM processes and work with business teams to define technical requirements
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, privacy and data access, and measure adoption
What they ask for
- 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis or a related field
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows used in real business work
- Experience building dashboards and data products in Power BI or a comparable BI tool
- Comfortable with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor
- Effective SQL and working knowledge of statistics
- Experience documenting and improving business processes
- Located in Canada or the US; in-person onboarding in Toronto
- Python, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks or dbt is a plus
