Airbnb is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for its Marketing Technology Content Platform, leading its shift to AI-driven campaign creation. The role is remote eligible in the US.
What you will do
- Set technical strategy for the Content Platform org
- Solve cross-team technical problems
- Lead architecture and design reviews
- Mentor staff and senior engineers
What they ask for
- 15+ years of hands-on software engineering with org-level technical leadership
- Experience architecting agentic or AI-driven systems in production
- Java and/or Kotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL, Redis, microservices
- Bachelor's or higher in CS or equivalent
- Must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
