The role
Hunt St is hiring a Business Process and AI Automation Specialist for an Australian regulatory consulting firm serving cosmetics, food and complementary medicines clients. The role covers process improvement, documentation, data management and building AI automations. Open to Philippines-based independent contractors.
What you will do
- Manage databases, trackers and registers and keep SOPs and templates up to date
- Map workflows and analyse processes to find automation opportunities
- Build, test and maintain AI and low-code or no-code automation workflows
- Give executive-assistant-style support, tracking action items and preparing documentation
- Prepare documents and reports with AI assistance and optimise spreadsheets
- Support departments with AI adoption and training, and maintain internal knowledge bases
What they ask for
- At least 3 years in process improvement, operations support, executive support or automation
- Experience managing databases, trackers, registers and internal records
- Experience writing and standardising SOPs and templates
- Strong spreadsheet and data management skills
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, Airtable, Notion or ClickUp
- Excellent written English; able to work independently, around Australian business hours
