The role
AlgaeCal, a bone health supplement company, is hiring work-from-home customer service representatives called Bone Health Consultants. They answer customer questions by phone and email, process orders and help customers understand DEXA scan results. The support centre runs seven days a week.
What you will do
- Answer customer questions about products and bone health
- Support customers by email and phone
- Process orders and returns
- Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
- Update customer records, process accounts and file documents

- Solid customer service background
- Interest in natural health and strong rapport-building skills
- Organised, able to multitask and open to feedback
- Available for a fixed five-day schedule including one weekend day
- Willing to submit a resume and a cover letter answering set questions
