The role
Supabase is hiring a site reliability engineer to build its SRE practice, helping teams define SLOs, run readiness reviews and learn from incidents. Supabase is fully remote and hires globally.
What you will do
- Define SLIs, SLOs and error budgets with service teams
- Run Operational Readiness Reviews
- Turn postmortem findings into systemic fixes
- Reduce operational toil through automation
- Improve on-call practices and alert quality
What they ask for
- 7+ years in SRE, production engineering or reliability roles
- Hands-on experience defining SLOs, SLIs and error budget policies
- Deep incident response and postmortem experience
- AWS and infrastructure as code (Pulumi preferred)
- Software engineering mindset
