The role
NeoWork, an AI-first outsourcing company with teams in the Philippines and Colombia, is hiring a full-stack AI architect for a partner company. The person designs, builds and deploys AI-native client systems, working directly with the founder.
What you will do
- Design and build AI-native systems from architecture through production
- Write production code in Node.js and Python and build interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Own deployment on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines
- Build agentic systems using LLM tool-use, MCP and agent runtimes
- Work with the founder to define problems and document the work
What they ask for
- 8+ years of full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React and TypeScript
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with CI/CD fundamentals
- Production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes or MCP-style patterns
- Experience owning the full stack in a small team or startup
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to push back on weak approaches
