The role
The company, a support outsourcing company, is hiring remote Customer Support Consultants for a hospitality client. Candidates in South Africa, Kenya or Tunisia will help customers by phone, chat and email.
What you will do
- Support customers by phone, chat and email
- Handle customer data securely
- Meet KPIs and work with developers on issues
What they ask for
- C1 English, spoken and written
- At least 6 months in customer support
- Travel industry experience
- Computer with 8GB RAM and internet of 50 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up
- Hospitality or logistics experience is a plus
