The role
Motive, a fleet and physical operations platform, is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer for its Deal Desk team. The role builds and runs AI-powered workflows, agents and internal tools for Sales and GTM teams. Location limits are not stated.
What you will do
- Find Deal Desk bottlenecks and automate them with AI workflows and agents
- Design human-in-the-loop checks, audit trails and fallback rules to follow revenue recognition and pricing approval policies
- Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools from prototype to production, beta testing and maintenance
- Build with Glean, Salesforce Agentforce, n8n, Retool, Cursor and React, and connect enterprise data via APIs
- Manage LLM cost by testing models against token spend
- Write documentation and train end users
What they ask for
- 5-7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience building internal tools, automations or AI workflows
- Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms
- Understanding of AI basics: context windows, token use, compute cost, chunking, benchmarks
- Scripting, SQL/SOQL and Python fundamentals
- Experience using models such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude through web and API
- Familiarity with agentic tools such as MCP, Agent2Agent and Agentforce
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
