The role
The company is hiring a remote outbound call center agent in the Philippines. The agent phones multifamily properties for market research interviews and records the results in an internal data collection system.
What you will do
- Call properties and collect key data points through research interviews
- Record results in the internal data collection system
- Confirm and update existing information
- Do online research with the available tools
- Follow strict guidelines for consistent, unbiased data and meet quality monitoring standards
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably outbound or market research
- Strong English communication with good reading comprehension
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing
- Comfortable working graveyard shifts from a permanent home setup
- Own PC, noise-cancelling headset and stable internet with a backup connection
- Quiet workspace and able to stay on calls for long periods
